iPad 4 Jailbreak still not downloading torrents !!

I jail broke my IPad 4 just really wanted to get back torrents love them but It still wont download a torrent file it just don't work
Please help what downloads am I missing to make the jailbreak work and download my fav torrents All the help in the world would be appreciated!!!!!!
